    Scale‑up of operations, expansion of delivery routes, and growth to thousands of B2B customers.

    Continued operations with a 15 member team; financial challenges and thin margins led to the decision to close.

    Pinktempo officially ceased operations; assets and know‑how now transition to another B2B e‑commerce company in Nagpur.

What we built together

Key achievement: Building a technology‑driven B2B grocery distribution network in Nagpur that managed procurement, warehousing, quality control, dispatch, logistics, and payment collection—serving over 3,000 customers with a reliable 24 hour delivery system.

Many distribution businesses never reach this scale. Doing so for three years required significant entrepreneurial effort, operational discipline, and commitment from the entire Pinktempo team.

How Pinktempo operated every single day

Operational workflow

  • Customers placed orders through the Pinktempo App or directly via sales executives.
  • The Back Office Team processed orders and generated invoices.
  • The Dispatch Team checked product availability and prepared orders bill‑wise.
  • The Quality Check Team verified products for accuracy and quality.
  • The Hamal and Delivery Team loaded goods into vehicles by route and delivery area.
  • Deliveries were completed within 24 hours across Nagpur.
  • Payments were collected through Cash, UPI, or Cheque.
